Questions
How many characters fit on the dog tag?
Up to 10 on the largest size (fewer on smaller sizes). Longer text prints a little smaller, and the designer tells you if it would be too small to read.
When will it be ready?
Started within 24 hours of your order, posted as soon as it's finished. Or collect it free from our Colchester office, by arrangement.
What if I make a typo?
We print exactly what you type, so the designer shows your text letter by letter before you add it. If you spot a mistake after ordering, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours and we'll fix it before printing.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer after you order (we show and email the details), or by cash or card when you collect from our office. No card details are needed on this site.
