Started within 24 hours of your order, posted as soon as it's finished. For bank transfer, we start once your payment arrives. Posted orders then usually take 2–3 working days by Royal Mail. We don't promise fixed delivery dates; if you need something by a particular day, ask before you order.

It depends on the product, and the designer shows a live counter. A name keyring takes up to 12 letters, a pixel keyring 10, a number plate keyring 8, and a dog tag front 7 to 10 depending on size. Shorter names print bigger.

Not emojis. Most products take letters, numbers and simple punctuation, and some let you add a small icon such as a heart, star or paw. The designer only accepts characters that will print clearly.

We print exactly what you type, and you'll tick a box to confirm the spelling before you order. If you spot a mistake, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before printing.

There are 41 colours across matte, silk, glitter, iridescent and tri-colour PLA, plus 10 tough PETG colours for pet products. Screens vary, so the real colour can look slightly different. Silk, glitter and tri-colour finishes also vary a little from print to print.

Yes. Collection from our Colchester office is free, on request and by arrangement. Choose "Collect from our office (by arrangement, free)" at checkout, and we'll message you to arrange a time once it's ready.

We post anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. We can't currently post to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.

After you order, we show our bank details and a unique reference on screen and email them to you. Pay within 2 days using that reference. We start printing as soon as the payment arrives, which is usually within a couple of hours.

Yes. If you choose office collection, you can pick "Pay when you collect" and pay by cash or card when you pick it up.

We're a small shop and keep things simple: no card details are ever stored on this site. Bank transfer is free for you and for us, and you can pay when you collect instead if you prefer.

No. If anyone emails or messages you different bank details, don't pay, and Message the team on [PHONE].

Our prints are solid plastic and handle everyday use well. PLA (keyrings, baubles, desk pieces) is fine in rain but softens at around 50 °C, so keep it out of hot cars. PETG (pet products, phone cases) is tougher and copes better with water and mud. Neither should go in the dishwasher.

The whole bowl is 3D printed in PETG, with the name printed in as part of it. It isn't dishwasher safe: hand wash it in warm, soapy water after use and let it dry, and replace it if it gets scratched or chewed. We don't sell toys yet. Before we do, each one will have EN 71 testing, UKCA marking and a Declaration of Conformity. Our keyrings and bag tags have small parts, so they're not suitable for children under 3.

Yes, as long as it shows your name and address clearly and stays on the collar. The Control of Dogs Order 1992 doesn't say what a tag must be made of. See what to put on a dog tag in the UK.

Personalised items are made just for you, so they can't be returned if you change your mind. If anything arrives faulty or wrong, we'll remake it or refund you. See returns.

Very likely. Send a photo, sketch, 3D file or just a description through our custom request form. We reply with a free quote within 24 hours (Mon–Sat), and nothing is printed until you agree the price.

Yes. The party bag keyrings make 10, 20 or 30 in one go, and for bigger batches send a custom request. Batches of 10 or more small items start from around £1.50 each.

We can't print characters or logos owned by other companies, like Pokémon or car badges. We're happy to design something original instead.
