Everything is printed after you order. We start your order within 24 hours and post it as soon as it's finished, or you can collect it free from our Colchester office.

The short answer
Postage is £2.99 by Royal Mail 2nd Class (£4.49 by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for dog bowls and sets), and free when you spend £25 or more. Collection from our Colchester office is free, by arrangement. Started within 24 hours of your order, posted as soon as it's finished. Royal Mail then usually takes 2–3 working days. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only.

The free delivery threshold is based on your basket total after any multi-buy savings. Prices include everything: we're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added, and there are no other charges at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Started within 24 hours of your order, posted as soon as it's finished. Every order goes through the same three steps.
- You order and pay. For bank transfer, we start once your payment arrives.
- We start printing within 24 hours. How long it takes depends on what you've ordered; we print Mon–Sat.
- We post it as soon as it's finished, or you collect it. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2–3 working days after posting. If you're collecting, we'll message you to arrange a time once it's ready.
We don't promise a fixed delivery date, because they depend on Royal Mail once a parcel leaves us. If your order is late, message the team and we'll chase it.
Collect from our Colchester office
Collection is free and on request. At checkout, choose "Collect from our office (by arrangement, free)". We'll message you to arrange a time once it's ready. You can pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card when you collect.
There's no shop counter, so collection is by arrangement only. Please don't turn up without a time agreed with us. If you'd like to collect but can't see the option, message the team.
Christmas
For delivery before Christmas, order and pay by Tuesday 15 December. You can still order after that date, but your parcel may arrive after Christmas. Collection from our Colchester office is an option too, by arrangement.
Royal Mail gets very busy in December, so the earlier you order, the safer.
Where we deliver
We post to England, Scotland and Wales. We can't currently post to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, because different product rules apply there. If you're in one of those places, message the team and we'll see what we can do, or collect from our Colchester office if you're visiting.
We don't post outside the UK.
Tracking, damage and lost parcels
- Royal Mail 2nd Class isn't tracked. We'll email you when your order is posted.
- Tracked 48 parcels (dog bowls and sets) come with a tracking number by email.
- If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, message the team with your order number. We'll remake it or refund you. See our returns page.
