Safety & care
Supervise heavy chewers. The bowl is not a chew toy.
Hand wash in warm, soapy water and let it dry. Not dishwasher safe, and no boiling water. Replace the bowl if it gets scratched, chewed or cracked.
Questions
How many characters fit on the dog bowl?
Up to 12. Longer text prints a little smaller, and the designer tells you if it would be too small to read.
When will it be ready?

What if I make a typo?
We print exactly what you type, so the designer shows your text letter by letter before you add it. If you spot a mistake after ordering, reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours and we'll fix it before printing.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer after you order (we show and email the details), or by cash or card when you collect from our office. No card details are needed on this site.
